You are deserving of time spent on you and you have the power within to make behavior changes!  Small, incremental changes can have a big impact, but it is hard to make changes without support or accountability.  In working together I will meet you where you are and we will focus on what works best for you.

I believe in a strong nourishment from plants and I am passionate about helping my clients find the simplicity in wellness. Simple changes in daily routines can have a significant impact on your quality of life.

Together, we will identify your strengths, tap into your motivation and foster action.  We will:

  • Uncover your WHY (purpose/cause/belief that drives you)

  • Identify your VISION (description of your best self) and build a foundation of awareness of what is currently happening

  • Discuss what the options are to get to where you want to be and what is getting in the way

  • Develop an action plan on how to meet your goals by establishing healthy routines and how to maintain them for the long term

  • Work together on how to implement your plan, acknowledge challenges along the way and develop strategies and a toolkit to best meet your individual situation

Meet Kathleen

I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.  Through my own health journey, I learned how everything I chose to eat impacted my health, how constant stress led to poor sleep, how unresolved emotions were creating toxicity in my body, mind and heart and most importantly I had a say in my health.  

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach I use motivational interviewing, the principles of Functional Medicine, mind-body practices and positive psychology.  We will work together to co-create a plan that aligns with your vision of your optimal health.
